Common issues
I signed up but can't sign in
Confirm your email first. After signup we send a link from support@daytraitor.com — click it, then return here and sign in with the same email and password.
Where is my confirmation email?
Check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Look for a message from DayTraitor (support@daytraitor.com). It can take a few minutes. You can resend the link from the confirmation page.
I forgot my password
Use the reset password flow. We'll email a secure link from support@daytraitor.com so you can choose a new password.
I confirmed my email — what happens next?
After you click the confirmation link you'll land on the free trial page. Sign in, start your trial, and you'll get screener access.
How do I cancel or update billing?
Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage subscription. That opens the secure Stripe portal to update your card or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period.
